As far as I can see the "mods" we have currently have done us a great service. I've had my wrists slapped a few times over the last year and it was all done discreetly and points were taken. One thing I thought was a bit over the top was the banning of certain I thought key members from our forum for a differance of opinion. Take privileges away maybe but not banning. I dare say mistakes have been made over this past year but if lessons were learnt then why not keep the "mods" we have UNLESS someone wants to stand down that is.

It's a bit like being a football referee really , they apply the rules and dont always call it right , it's a job that needs doing and as far as i can see a thankless one .
All life is here , people from differant walks of life and everyone with their own opinion .
All in all it,s a fine forum and well run.

I dont think nominating or putting yourself up as a mod would work .

All i ask of moderation is it's done fairly .
