Default Coca - Cola Christmas truck.

Morning all,

Just been having a trawl through the net, as you do on a glum Saturday morning.

Just come across this article about the annual tour of the UK of the above.

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/cars/news/...cid=spartanntp

So what if it drives up and down the UK, god knows it needs cheering up at the moment. Who cares if it does 10.6 mpg, or weighs 40 tons. To me, the political party coaches driving round the UK, are more of a hindrance than this. That is said with no disrespect to the drivers driving them, I drive a coach for a living!!

I came across this truck in Nottingham last year, what a sight it was, well impressed.

Was just wondering what the thoughts of the good folk on here were about this annual attraction.

I won't say 'merry xmas' yet, in my book a bit too early, but looking around near where I live, there are already a few houses and businesses lit up. So, just 'merry' at the moment!!

Regards,

Dave.

If it makes the kids happy, it in turn makes the adults happy to see the kids happy - if you get what I mean! Maybe they should just give model trucks away to the kids? Oh No! That would upset the girls! Oh No! Now I'm being sexist! Coca Cola doesn't taste like it used to anyway! Oh No! Now I'm being ageist!

I'm a girl and I wouldn't mind a model truck (although I come from a long line of truckers so that may explain it) hahaha

Sadly I've never seen it in person, although I wouldn't mind the opportunity.

Talking

I rather suspect that the green credentials of the exercise might be a little better than what has gone before from its main rival. Who remembers the Pepsi Concorde? Click

Love it!
You always know that 'holidays are coming' when its first on the TV each year. As much of a Christmas tradition as the Wizard of Oz or the Italian Job.
Saw it sitting in a car park last year as we passed by on the motorway, didnt get a chance to get up close.
'Other carbonated cola drinks are available'.

Miserable NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-.

VOSA actually pulled them last Christmas here in Northern Ireland and went over the vehicle front to back.

Some sad joyless tw4t was busting to be the Grinch.
