Default Changing front brake nipples

Is it possible to change the front brake nipples for new ones (ABV) without taking the front wheels off?

I've got the back of the car resting on 3 layers of sleepers under the sills with jacking pads in between - and the front of the car with it's wheels sitting on a single layer of sleepers. Hence it's a tad tricky to get the front wheels off without disturbing the angle between the rear jacking pads and the sleepers (and risking damage to the sills).

Looking for an easy way round it.

The back end is nearly there Brian. I've put ABVs in the rear calipers and thought I'd put them in the fronts as well before bleeding the system. (Not much point having half ABV and half ordinary).
