the handbrake compensator is known to "wear". the handbrake lever will need to be pulled higher and higher to get the handbrake to hold. you can adjust the cable at the lever but in time it will be the same. the compesator is under the centre consoul at the rear of it. check the How To's. there are two members that offer a swap service. They will send you a modified one, you send they your old one.

I have had some similar ideas to you with my tourer being 21 I've got a Zt front bumper for mine though just needs painting I've got ztt springs and shocks on now but think it would look quite good even lower to the floor. Put a build thread up with plenty of pictures especially fitting the coilovers as if like to do the same

Lots of plans and I intend to make an extremely detailed how-to of fitting the coilovers as I'm sure many will be interested in a set if the coilovers and top mounts only cost £250 together!
