Wink Rover 75 wheel nuts

Hi went to check my rear brakes undone 4 wheel nuts but the last one has been rounded off any advice on how to remove it, just my luck.

Something like this
or call in at your local tyre centre (they usually have something similar).

Default Rover 75 wheel nuts

Hammer a smaller sized socket onto the bolt, put the other four bolts back in first and tighten them up to help release the pressure on the stuck one.

These are a great idea. Might be OK for future use and if you go to a garage they'll probably charge you that much or more just to remove one stuck bolt.--

My locking nuts rounded and I was unable to remove them on two wheels.
My garage welded normal studs on them and removed them that way. Charged about £45.

Well, there you go. Buying a removal set would, in your case, have been the cheapest answer to the problem.--
