No I'm afraid they are completely different, so not interchangeable.

Cheers, I know about the Cortico ones, it’s just I have to drive fifty odd miles to Lates for a full makeover service, belts, oils as such, just concerned with a tackingg noise from the drivers side of the engine, could be a pulley if it would get me there without to much trouble if I take it easy and don’t give the engine to many revs.

If you want to confirm it's the pulley causing the noise, with the engine running use a watering can to pour water on the pulley, if the noise abates temporarily, then it's knackered.

It should be ok to drive if you take it easy

I am presuming you are referring to a crank pulley on the petrol V6 engine, and the belts yes.

I have never heard of a V6 crank pulley fail I could be wrong

The ‘tacking’ noise might be the power steering pulley or one of the idler pulley’s or tensioner on the auxiliary belt. I am sure Lates will let you know when you see him. Presume this is the diesel?
