Thanks all for the mention.

I've seen this issue posted a few times on here but I've never had one here to test that actually does this. I don't know unfortunately if it's a fault with the ECU chip on the screen or the instrument cluster board which causes this. So unfortunately I can't advise if changing the screen alone would cure this problem.

I believe if you do a battery reset by disconnecting the battery for 15 mins it cures this problem. But it can reappear again later.

Today I did a battery reset by disconnecting the battery for 15 mins and I drove my car about 8km.
But unfortunately, the strange displays immediately appeared on the IPK screen.
