Cool

Matt brought Banana home this morning. The wonderful sound from the exhaust is a sound I have been longing to hear again.
As Matt had travelled down on his own I took him home in BBB. A round trip of 92 miles and my ankle doesn’t ache at all.

Now to get back behind the wheel of my Baby again, last time I drove was 15/12/23, so I need to get some practice in ready for next Sunday.

That's good news. I understand you missing it and your joy of getting back to normal.

Glad you are back on the road, and your ankle did not suffer any undue strain. Must be a lovely feeling.

Glad to hear you're on the mend, and able to drive again, it does make life easier when you don't have to rely on public transport, or lifts

Cool

Went for a drive this morning. Managed 20 miles and the ankle was ok. She needs a good clean so hopefully if it stops raining I get her cleaned.

Thumbs up

Great news, but, remember, you still have to build your strength up on your ankle gradually, don't go over doing things.

Great to hear you finally reunited Bob.
Don't try to wash her yourself, please don't jeopardize your recovery. You must be so happy to be back on the road again.
All the best,
