Default Anyone good on car theory test?

How well does the car theory test deal with asking questions about other vehicles?

Does anyone driving a car and just a car need to know :-

1. How fast can a towing vehicle travel on a single lane road where national speed limit applies?

2. Can a towing vehicle use the outside lane of a motorway if there are
2,3,4,5 lanes?

1 50 MPH

2 A towing vehicle may use the second lane of a dual carriageway to overtake, a carriageway of three lanes or more, the vehicle is limited to the use of the second lane only.

I fell foul of number two several years back, and received penalty points for towing in the third lane

Not sure if you mis understood. I was asking if anything like these questions are in the theory test. I ask because if new drivers are only trained in the highway code for a solo car, they lack the "legal" knowledge of what other vehicle's can do. I am not suggesting they know everything but they may not think a caravan is travelling slowly at 50 in a 60 area for example.
