Default Fuel Injector Rail & Feed Pipe Union

Hi,

I'm in desperate need of a bit of guidance on an issue I'm having with my 75's injector rail and fuel feed pipe connection at the moment. I originally had to disconnect them as I needed clear access to the injectors. When it came to pull them apart they were very stiff, so I let a family member have a go at separating them. Unfortunately, although they managed to get them apart, the 2 o-rings, spacer and collar all flew off or broke which means I didn't see what order they should be arranged in!

I was able to salvage the original collar and order replacement o-rings but have completely lost the black spacer (which unfortunately seems impossible to find a replacement for!) I have managed to fashion a makeshift spacer that is similar to the original (if anyone knows where I could get a proper replacement I'd be very grateful) but now the question is what order the o-rings, spacer and collar should be in? I have seen one image on the internet and another in the fitting guide which was supplied with the o-rings and there appear to be differences between the two. I have drawn two crude diagrams to demonstrate.....
