Default pscan problem

Just tried to use my pscan and got a message "Old FDTI driver 03.02.07 Please upgrade"
Couldn't get past this so can't fix the car fault. How do I upgrade the driver in the pscan?

It should just be as simple as downloading then installing the driver file from the pscan website.

Yes I usually get a message when I open Pscan asking if I want to upgrade and just click the box, obviously you've got to be online.
