Parking brake is clearly visible, electronic one, like in Discovery 3, under 2 "buttons"/knobs.
Above 2 "buttons"/knobs you clearly see 7 positions of selector indicator rotated 90 degrees from previous positions, and I assume that one or both of 2 "buttons"/knobs are used for selection of gears.

I think the buttons/knobs are still used for their original purpose, as the sunroof switch position is blanked off as it would be in a non sunroof model.

I wonder if it has actually been re-engined (and the gear selector has not been modified but replaced)? There is an additional gauge on the dash binnacle.

The steering wheel looks great too (the illuminated ZT and the modified airbag cover seem nicely done too).

To fit an electronic handbrake, I think there would be a lot of engineering involved, between actuator bracketry on the hubs, or at the lever. I can believe the engineering took place. I am always amazed at some of the effort that Russians put into their cars. Look at Youtube to see various examples.

The more I look at the pictures, the more I see. The front bumper, has had pieces cut out of it, but has had different sections designed into it. I want to see more of it.

I want to see more lol.

I am liking THIShttps://www.picuki.com/media/2203741849171778472 video!

Do you know if it started out as a 75 or was always a ZT? and what the wheel came from (it looks like a BMW item)?

SO many little details in it that just 'add up'.

There is no doubting that it is an excellent transformation, with a little know how and a lot of money anything is possible.

Stunning example I think.

This is the thing, I dont think a lot of money is required, just know how and patience, not to mention the history of ingenuity due to necessity within the Russian culture. Due to the communist system, a lot of Russians developed abilities and workarounds we would probably consider pointless.

I always have to stop and watch Russian vehicle modifying videos on Youtube when they appear. Some of them are just simply incredible.
