Ian, I passed on your good wishes to Clive and told him where you have moved to, somewhere in Lincolnshire. He remembers you well having met you when you gave him a spare wing mirror. You won’t like this, but Clive and myself agree what a very kind person you are.

As Clive is a private gent I will write to him and ask if he minds you knowing which part of France he is in. I would not like to write it even in a pm without his permission.

‘Nuff said, I think. Thanks to those who had the grace and courtesy to contribute positively.

There are other threads running that exceed by far the alleged politicisation of the last contribution of the ex-member under discussion here. The loss of that member is a glaring example. All in the best possible taste, obviously.
