Dover is horrific, the lorries are stuck in a 26 mile long car park at present!

I must say, l think it's quite lucky that some lorry drivers want to do the continental work. It's never tempted me to be honest, seems like a lot of hassle for the money although l realise that the good days must be quite nice especially if the sun is shining & the drive is scenic.
And though l have travelled some, l haven't had a passport for thirteen years. I much prefer a nice touring holiday in the U.K., with as little planning as we can get away with. And in these days of the internet on the move enabling extremely quick booking times, that's very little planning indeed.
