Default Heated Seat Switch Removal

This is going to sound simple but how do you remove individual switches from below the ATC panel?

I have all 5 switches in place and can't figure out how to get an individual one out after removing the trim piece, feel like it should be really simple.

Switches have a spring strip in each short side, squeeze to release.

How do you “squeeze” the spring clips though? When the switch is encased in the holder?
Again I feel like it should be so simple but I’m missing something.

Try pushing gently, they slide out. If not, try a litle side to side movement as you push.

The black plastic piece they clip into should just pull out you can then push them out easily from the rear.
