Morning. Very much a nothing in particular day, no sun, no wind and no real heat.

Managed to kick the hoover in the hallway last night, barefoot(!), hobbling around today.

It’s warm and sunny outside today, I think I will pop out to the garage and get some more fuel to grass the grass today.

Morning Richard, who cuts the grass, yourself?

We employ a gardener to cut the grass and attend to the borders and paths. Farm staff milk the cows and attend to the geese and chickens. At night they all go into their stables and cages to protect them from predators: leopards, wild dogs.

Amazingly our lawn mower says it was built by Rover.

Do you still have chickens/geese? and their names?

Hot yesterday and today at 32C

Friday I met with the dermatologist who burned off around 20 skin lesions from the head, scalp, face, nose, arms, back and legs. Sun damage from 30-40 years ago. It was a surreal experience to see smoke being emitted from the nose and to smell burning flesh, quite sore. Now I am more uglier than ever

Thank you Richard for letting us know about the doctor. Despite everything I see you have not lost your sense of humour.

How true and thank you

I heard back from DD who remembers you well and doesn’t mind you knowing where in France he is living, so I will drop you a pm later on.

Thank you Ian, fortunately none of them were malignant and it was painful having them removed as no local was given and I now look as though I am covered in cigarette burns. The doc said “no pain, no gain”. We live to fight another day

How are you?
