Angry Good riddance !!

On the local news tonight, lunatic driver Scott Tony Smith is jailed for 12 months.

Me personally, I would have thrown away the key

12 months, so may serve 5-6 months before he's back out.

Banned for two years - BUT - he was already a banned driver when he crashed the car - so I doubt he'll take much notice of another ban

I find this hard to believe because the 'photo shows a fine upstanding British Citizen, must be a case of you got the wrong man guv.

Alternatively, I reckon this individual should have got !0 years to ensure he does at least two years, plus a lifetime ban.

He'd probably have got a worse sentence if he'd smoked in a no smoking zone, another example of the law is an ass.
