Default No B17 but planes discovered on Pluto

Whilst browsing the BBC site, they have an item on the pictures from Pluto, the surprise is they've discovered planes on the former planet. Well in their words and spelling "vast ice planes discovered on Pluto" so not a B17.

Perhaps they mean planes like a spoke shave, for making the giant ice rings (sic)?
