POL - what's the ground like?
Anyone know what ground conditions are like at Cofton Park?
If it was being held local to where I live I'd not be going due to amount of rain and soft ground conditions. I see rain on and off over next few days in Birmingham area Andrew

Well, to day it’s just slight drizzle and misty, but we have had quite a bit of rain all week. I take dog into Sutton park and roads ok but ground is boggy and very wet. I would be surprised if it were any different in Cofton Park.

Same here, I'm just down the road in Redditch and the fields I take the dog a walk in are absolutely sodden. If it stopped raining now the bottom of the slopes are likely to be holding water for some time.

Well, overnight we had real rain showers, and today............................................. ...we had rain, and it has been very wet misty weather. I was going, but don’t think I will bother. And it’s supposed to be raining again.Unable to talk to anyone yet .

Read the updates on the POL thread parking only on road, limited places, probably unwise to attend
