Rear light fault
Hi all,
I have strange fault where the bulb failure light (rear light bulb is at fault) will illuminate every few days and then if i unplug and refit the light plug the fault will clear and the bulb will illuminate again but always comes back in a few days... I suspect some slight water ingress is to blame but could it be an earthing fault? Last edited by colinjyates; 24th September 2020 at 13:27.. |

Have you cleaned the contacts on the bulb and bulb holder, if not, try that.

It's normally the contacts in the plug that corrode due to damp, have a look and see if there is any green corrosion in the terminals.
