HI Stefan.
I have some hoses for the diesel which fit to the header tank so I'm presuming they are the same size, that is the only comparison i have.

This is the T joint i used for my FBH radiator mod in my shed.

This is the hose i have and a straight joint attached to it.

Upon measuring the joint and the ID of the hose my guess it's 20mm

You can see it fits into another hose of the same size.

Thanks steve. I have a feeling the hose that i am replacing is 20mm throughout. I am just waiting for confirmation before i buy a "T" joiner ,just in case the outbound hoses are reduced in size. Thanks for the photos , and your efforts to help. ..

HI Stefan.
Yes the top photo T joint is a 20mm throughout these are found on the diesel so if anyone is breaking one on the forum they should be able to supply you with one,
