I agree with the OP

Those red Monaco's are difficult to get hold of in that condition. I also noted a V8 exhaust trim hanging around, those used to demand a high price and were snapped up.

I never got the drivers cup holder but again they hang around more nowadays along with pre project drive items.

I suspect the enthusiasts have or are probably sweeping up these parts and other owners who just drive their cars aren't worried. Time to stash spares in the loft. I can't because I have the equivalent of a car up there already

Parts for lower spec models really should be snapped up where found as they will be sorely needed one day. My Tourer has some premium parts on so they are coming off to return it back to original spec. Today I went to the scrapyard and raided a 75 for a base spec LCM, a complete fuel pump assembly, sill trims and clips (didn't break any, yay!), temperature sensor and wiring, rear booth plinth plus a few assorted gubbins, all for £20. The yard also has a red 1.8 MG ZT-T and diesel ZT in with lots of goodies including good bumpers and lights, alloys, etc. Well worth hunting round and stocking up and at those prices it's way less than a night out.
