Things like pipes etc aren't part of any servicing - so one will full history would have likely done the same.

A Topran 179BM047000005 or 11127806196 does the job nicely for less than £10 from eBay, as I had to find out to my displeasure.
Well at least my coolant doesn't need topping up every fortnight anymore.
Thanks to the anonymous person at a meet who diagnosed the source of the leak.
