Default Strange Traction Control problem

When my traction kicks in I'm left with the traction control light warning on the dash and it won't go out until I switch the ignition off and back on then it's reset. It's the same light you get when you switch the traction control off with the switch but using the switch won't over ride it if it comes on when it kicks in. Not a major concern just annoying

Trace the twisted pairs in the looms (CANBUS) particularly as the loom goes through the engine side wall to the nearside wing.
A chafed wire could be the trouble, also check that the plugs - ABS in particular - are clear of muck/corrosion. Remove plugs very carefully as the pins are tiny.
I had trouble with TC and it turned out to be the plug at the ABS unit!
