Iconic uk blue passport
Will be made by our friends across the channel according to sky news. I think the public focus has now moved away from this so won't cause much of a stir.

I have never had an 'iconic blue passport' just the maroon one which seems to work.
My concern though is twofold. Firstly i hope nobody looses jobs over this. Secondly on a lighter note. Given the number of people who say Chinese built MGs are not really MGs and therefore would never own one. Will the European made blue passports be the same? After all the cover may be blue but they are just imports and not even assembled here Im off out to wash our MG3 |

Made in Europe, brings savings of £120m, cheaper in France to make the new passports, than at the factory in Gateshead. I believe the unions are very angry that this has happened and who can blame them. More on this story here https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.the...will-save-120m

What I can't get my head around is why there is £120million difference in tenders? The French don't put their passports out to tender under EU rules so why did we? The irony of it all. Maye the Windrush folk can buy one in France, another Tory mess

Shocking that they are asked to prove their citizenship after all this time.

I hope they will be delivered before the end of us being in the EU as they may have import tariffs put on them, making them more expensive!
