Sat nav disc

Hello. I have a standard fit high line sat nav in my 75 tourer but no disc. I understand I need a cd and not a dvd. I also understand this disc will be out of date but I would like to find one nether the less.

Could anyone please point me in the direction of where to get a disc from please as mine is missing thanks
