Dad participated in meets for a number of years , usually events within the Yorkshire and North Linc's ,or the North east area, He met a lot of members over the year ‘s and usually travelled with Ricardo 65 or occasionally myself. He enjoyed the meets wherever he went .
Sadly Dad lost his zest for life after we lost mum last November , He attended a couple of Water wheel breakfast meets back end of last year ,but unfortunately wasn’t well enough to attend one of his high lights of the year The East Kirkby Meet , Sadly he passed away on Friday evening Dad’s real passion was his tractor and pleased to say I managed to get him to finish leading a charity tractor run on Sunday 1st of May through tracks on the farm land he worked when I was a child The picture below was taken on Dad's last drive of his tractor On behalf of my self , Ricardo 65 The incredible Ulk and MG Mat thanks for the support, tributes and condolences from club members either on the Forum or private messages Last edited by TourerSteve; 10th July 2022 at 07:44.. |
