As the Molykote O ring grease finally arrived and I have two free rest days, I cracked on with pulling off the front of the tourer and fitted the new condenser that I've had for about six weeks. Not too bad a job to do and the old condenser fins didn't look as bad as I expected. Tomorrow I'll attempt to change the section of thick and thin pipes that pass through into the plenum with a spare I got from Colin 2 Diesels. It looks a bit tight to access but I suspect the thin pipe is porous where it lies against the soundproofing after my mate checked the area with his ultra violet light earlier this year and thinks he saw a glow.

If I'm successful, it'll be time to find a good deal on an air con regas.

SO today on the MG ZT I replaced the rear Light seals on the OS. I also bought a new ( 2014\2015) Sat NAV Disc....

All working so all good so far.

I also the other week installed Leather Seats in my R75...the thing is the Heated seats are not working......

My car as pre wired for the seats so all I had to do was install them.....anybody any ideas????

DO I need to check the fuses???

if you did not disconnect the battery when you installed the seats, I would check the fuse. Are you sure the under seat plugs are seated properly?

Repaired the number plate illumination pcb to get both lights back on which was a chore as everything that could break did. Took passenger seat out to hardwire airbag leads and still warning light illuminates ... B****y cars

MOT time looming up again. Replaced the OSF hub and treated it to a new bearing and ABS sensor.

Fitted a new back box.

Just got to remove and clean the rear discs and brake shoes, bleed the brakes and see how it goes.

Today i gave the NUK a T4 health check just before we go into the winter months, also did the FL2 at the same time, and dropped a bottle of this into each car

Haven't had the dreaded wet boot syndrome for a few years now. However, starting to get the old thing ready for its winter storage, and after this last month of biblical rain thought I would take advantage of the bright golden orb that has appeared in the sky today.
Just as well I did as the boot carpet is soaked and in the spare wheel well could be used in the next series of the blue planet. A good six inches. All bailed out now and carpet drying so guessing I will have to re do the fix I did before or start looking for the new source of the Nile.
