Can standard 75 CDT headlamps be modified to Xenons? I would like better brighter lights. It seems when I drive at night these days, all modern car headlights obscure mine, especially all the SUV's and 4x 4's.

Not easily as the shell is different, better to swap for a set of xenons (or fit led bulbs)
