How much for a CV Joint
Looking to buy the part I'm getting prices from £16 - £63. Don't want to spend too much as car is 12 years old but I need one to last. What would you recommend.

You need to state inner or outer also update your info to include your engine...

That was the one I was looking at. My car is diesel and as for inner or outer I'm not sure it's making metallic clunking noises when on full lock. I will get my mechanic to check it next week. Thanks for all replies so far.

Full lock knocking indicates the outer CV joint is worn.
