Many makes of vehicle suffer with this at some point, due to the antenna and HRW sharing the same circuit. Problem could be anything from bad earth, bad connections, bad filter, bad amplifier, to the rear window itself. No single cause. My guess would be the rear window itself. The test is to disconnect the HRW and connect a headlight bulb, if the interference goes, then ooops. If still there happy hunting.
