Dave if you decide to sell these or even modify ours i would gladly pay for this.
I would be happy to buy some from scrappy and post them upto you. Premature i know but this is a very good and effective mod. You see some mods that are just for the sake of modding hats off to you mate fantastic mod. |

Brilliant idea, I will have to copy this if my motor can be fixed.
Stocktake, where did you get the switch from? Is it something common that can be got from the likes of Maplin? P.S. interesting to see the internals of the unit, the motor itself looks suspiciously like the one that powered my scalextric cars when I was a child! |

Yes I think that could be correct, as the new buyer (who is the target customer) benefits from 3 years no repair costs, and as many new car buyers change the car in that period they are never faced with the wear and tear repairs of later years and the used buyer simply accepts them as a fact of life. A good business model for the manufacturer then.

nice one dave ,a brilliant idea.a test of something on the car by a push of a button ... now if only your self and others on here was in on the design of the car in the first place ,the 75 would be much better , ,, hats off to you dave you have moved things on from st vis motor tester... i can see you now working away in your shed in readiness for all those orders that will be coming in .....

Could not agree more, Dave is indeed a very talented and obliging chap.
I have borrowed the tester which I understand Dave made for the down under members. Very impressed with the quality of the unit, hopefully will test the units this weekend. Thanks Dave. Trip to NZ??? |
