Anybody bought from MG Rover Genuine before?

I bought this item from MG Rover Genuine last spring, and it failed after about 9 months - took a bit of searching to find what the source of the rattling/clattering was, as with this part being recently replaced the first thought was ball joints, other mounts etc. I can't find anything on their site about warranty returns other than "contact us", and I'd really like to get it sorted out ASAP. I did contact them through their website over a week ago but still haven't had a reply. Due to an ongoing chest infection, I haven't actually been capable of speaking on the phone for a couple of weeks so haven't been able to ring them, but hopefully that's finally starting to clear up and I hope to talk to someone later today or tomorrow. Am I correct in thinking that the part should be warranted for 12 months?

It should be covered for 12 months, and the company behind them is Endon Services Ltd

Cheers, I'll follow that up as soon as I can talk above a whisper. At the moment I sound like one of the oul' ones in the movie Cocoon right before they checked out,

so there's not much point in lifting the phone!

I have dealt with Endon services a few times and found them to be very helpful, Mike Aldridge is the bloke there and I'm sure they will put things right for you.

Just off the phone (voice came back!) and I've had to order the replacement part before I can return the faulty one, which they then send on to their supplier to check before issuing a refund under warranty. Hopefully it'll be here before the end of the week and there won't be any messing around from their supplier. It was someone called Mike I was speaking to, so presumably that's the same guy.
