Evening Rod, I'm not sure!!! This Train Sim World 'Tees valley line' scenarios/timetables are set in the year 1989 & I don't know whether they went by the name of Tees yard or Thornaby marshalling yard back then, It's got Tees yard on the gameplay.

Can't offer any guidance, never been to Tees or Thornaby, Tyne Yard was our limit. When you see the Newcastle area now, Gateshead depot is now blocks of flats, Tyne Yard is a fraction of what it was as are all the big marshalling yards. I remember the day when Tyne, Kingmoor (Carlisle) and my own location Millerhill (Edinburgh) were square across with traffic.

Morning all. Another lousy night for me and I have no idea why. Reasonably healthy, no worries just not able to sleep the last couple of nights.
Cloudy and damp at the moment. Supposed to get colder by Sunday.

Thank you all for your get well wishes,
Good morning everyone Good morning Bob I am sorry to read you had a disturbed night. I was discharged from hospital at 1 a.m today. A funny time but it was due to the discharge process taking 12 hours and the bill had to be verified and paid ....... That in itself, is enough to make anyone sick. I have to have an MRI in 2 weeks to check on the aneurysm. The CT scan said it had grown to 5.3cm. 5.5-5.8 is the criteria used for a repair with graft. The MRI will be more accurate. If it gets to the danger area, I will fly to the UK for the op as the skills for such a major procedure/op are not available here. Fortunately the insurance company picked up most of the cost of the stay in hospital, bar my excess. It’s great being out and back home on the mend, catching up |
