Default Horn button not working

Greetings from the Antiodes. My right hand horn button is not working, although I did get it to work intermittently last weekend. Cruise control works, however the radio controls get mixed up, volume button changes channels!
Is it possible to disconnect and replace the button without having to cut the wiring?
Any help would be appreciated.
