You have Mobil 1 Mobil 1 Racing Mobil Super M Mobil Super S Mobil Synt S Special etc.. No such thing as Mobile 1 Super Synthetic 10w40. Mobil 1 is 0w40. There is a Mobil 1 High Mileage 10w40 or Do you mean Mobil S 10w40? If thats the case then it's great and cheap at the moment in Halfords. 5L under £20

I find Mobil S 10w40 is perfectly fine. I tend to keep to lower mileage between oil changes due to mainly town driving but it's a great branmd and quite cheap.
I would highly recomend using it. I feel my 2.5 V6 runs very smoothly with it.

Just for the record, Mobil S 10w-40 is a semi-synthetic type.
The fully synthetic version is Mobil 1. |

Agreed. there are some that would suggest not putting in a fully synthetic thinner grade oil into a car that has never had it before as it will potentially cause issues (Knocking etc) As mobil 1 is 0w40 it is not officially recomended for our cars.

Whatever you use, don't put Castrol GTX magnatec in a K series.
