Default Passenger Airbag Cover

Im fitting a new dash in my ZT and the new passenger airbag cover has 7 screws in it. 3 are T20 security bolts and the other 4 look like they have had the headsdrilled out. These 4 seem to have straps on them, or they did before they were cut off. Anyway, my question is are the screws drilled out from the factory or has it been bodged?

bodged and badly... the straps stop the air bag cover from flying across and cutting your passengers head in half....

It is in a dangerous state and I would leave it off until you can get another with the straps...!!

Don't worry, this bodged one is sat in my dining room and will be binned when I have the fascia off it! I'm swapping the fascia and fitting the good one with complete straps back in the car. Thanks for confirming.
