Default Brake judder

My brakes have started juddering when applied (felt through the steering wheel and pedal) Unless anyone has any other ideas am I right to assume I have a warped disc and if so does anyone have any pointers as to how to identify which wheel is causing it?

More than likely to be front discs if felt through the wheel & you should always change discs in pairs along with new pads.

You'll sometimes see hairline cracks in the brake disc and/or uneven wear on the pads.

Make sure that the brakes aren't binding (sticking caliper or sticking slider pins, more so when hot) & make sure to lubricate the slider pins on assembly to ensure they move freely.
