Time was limited so didn't want to get too involved. Managed to fix my floppy glove box lid, just two metal hinge pins had come adrift, so that was quick and easy. Changed the pollen filter, that wasn't quick or easy. Was my first time......what a pain! Glad I did it though, was absolutely blacker than a black thing!

MG bumper on a 75 perhaps... or maybe the grey starspokes in place of twinkleberry silver sparkle??

I washed the guano from Frosty, followed by a toothbrush on the seams, trims and door seal then after fitting a battery, I took him for a six mile run to get the oil hot.

I then changed the lube oil and filter, air filter was still nice and clean though

To put this into context, the last time I drove him was to Barton Festival........last September

How quiet and refined can a car be ?

Collected my new 75 yesterday. First impressions, big fan of the Tourer configuration. Less so of White Gold. Diesel, brisk enough, but, not exactly frugal. I've had similar MPG from V6 autos on long runs.

DONE: HAD A CRAZY IDEA THAT I HAD TO GET RID OF MY MG ZTT DUE TO NOT HAVING A DRIVE AND HAVING TO PARK ON A BUSY STREET WITH A VIEW TO GETTING ANOTHER ONE AT A LATER DATE WHEN I HAVE A DRIVE.

ENDED UP REALISING IT REALLY ISN'T PRACTICAL NOT HAVING A CAR TO GET AROUND AND I NOW OWN A VW EOS 3.2 V6 INDIVIDUAL (1 OF 20 REMAINING IN THE UK WITH THAT ENGINE AND TRIM COMBO) EVEN THOUGH I STILL LIVE ON A BUSY ROAD WITHOUT A DRIVE

Default But White Gold CAN look nice

Went out today to clean off the sea gull plop and ended up giving it a wash and polish.

As with all light colours, it's difficult to get that deep wet shine look but this time I used DoDo Juice's Banana Armour and am rather pleased with the effect.

I might do a full decontamination and clay, then try this stuff as a lsp.

Been "pottering" all weekend, washed it, fitted some orange led interior lights as per the marmite light thread, tried out my eBay £6 hot glue dent puller on my bonnet dimples - semi successful will try again after the GP, cleaned inside glass, conditioned the leather so has a leathery smell inside again, tweaked the gain a bit to get the sub more in line with the rest of the sound.
