Have you checked rimmers web site? Even with the part number if they dont have it you can search the internet. Take a look at DMRGS web site, not sure if they have them

On my last 75 I had the strap rust through. I bought some metal cable ties to use instead.

Links below should help, 9 times out of 10 the top part of the bracket is ok, so you could make the bottom part fit. https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-WCU101021 https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-WCU000311K 1 2

Many thanks for the help, I have the part number from Rimmer's but it's not in stock. The photo's have given me some ideas, I will go back to the garage next week and see if I can talk him into making one. John.

Important to know if you have an OEM shape (aka 'clamshell') or an aftermarket oval pattern back box; I'm pretty sure the straps under discussion (which are in two halves - the upper has the hanger loops welded to it) are for the clamshell shape and they are quite different/specific.
Aftermarket oval pattern back boxes can either come with the hanger loops welded to the box itself or with a one-piece split strap complete with welded on hanger loops; I tried to source one last year (for the same reason you are asking the question) but failed and managed a passable repair similar to that described by Arctic (post#5) until I fitted a new DMGRS box and OEM strap |
