Default Window fault - relay?

Bought a new zt recently and its had a few different electric fault. One of which is that my rear passenger window on the driver side wont work. I've tried to lower it on both the drivers electric control and the rear electric controls and neither of them lower the window which makes me think it's not the switches. When I try to lower it, I can hear what sounds like a relay clicking. All my other windows work fine on all other switches. I looked for the location of the window relays but can only see a window lifting relay. If this was the issue then would all the windows have the same fault? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

It's so unlikely to be the relay in the BCU that it's not even worth considering

Whip off the door card and make sure the motor is plugged in, and the actual winder mechanism isn't gooshed.

Cheers Brian, I'll give it a check over tomorrow.
