Default Timing Belt

In a panic trying to remove the crank pulley bolt as this is on 75 automatic gearbox, this has to be done as replacing head gaskets there must be somehow
to keep the pulley on hold while removing the bolt, on holiday next week if possible any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the help bit of a struggle at 76 searched around for locking tool much easy to work on 2.5 model cars I have the gear first time I have owned a smaller automatic engine will be the last
