Default 75 Attacked

I have just returned from a day's fishing and pulled up outside my house to unload my gear, I took my rods in and went to the lav then I went out to get the rest of my gear and there it was....A CHUFFING PARKING TICKET FROM THE POLICE WELL NOT A REAL COPPER...I have a single yellow line outside my house so OK hands up, what annoys me is the fact that I never usually park there and I have never seen a copper plodding along our road, also there are two takeaway shops in our road and the delivery "untaxed non english speaking" drivers are always parking there and get away with it. That puts an all new meaning to spending a penny, more like £30 and no I didn't catch anything. Rant over

Cheers
Tony:lol:

Is the single yellow line constant and unbroken, no gaps, including drains? If not take a photo and contest it.

I do that all the time, I always have cheap digital camera in the car for just such occasions.

Oh well, chin up yellow lines are there for a reason, they have them out side our business premises and for years the traffic wardens ignored our customers parking there as it was a cul de sac, and only our business in the road.

In January of this year the council took over the parking wardens and god help anyone now who parks on those lines.

Why not just avoid parking where you aren't supposed to?

I know what you mean. A Wolves fan working in Reading wasn't perhaps the wisest decision I've made in life!
