ashtray and cig lighter

hi i want to change the colour of these i know2 how to take out the big unit however do each coloured panel come of the unit or they are none removable pls as i dont want to break anything

they all clip off except for the cigar lighter which is a bit of a pig to change as it has 2 spring clips and another lever attached to it which draws out the mechanism as the front drops down. It is difficult to change and can only really be done succesfully with the unit out, other alternative is buy the whole unit with the new colour, presumably Walnut.
