......yes unfortunately that is the Achilles heel.....but should be able to keep it going.....will be doing just that for as long as possible....!

There are a lot of good drives, the Brisbane to Sydney pacific highway i thought was excellent. Lots of nice places to stop on the way. Approx 1000km each way. Take 6 months off, Ship her over and do a round-Oz tour!

Glad to hear it - these cars are worth the effort to keep alive.

Maybe I could sound out potential roles in Australia with my firm...
Wouldn't mind hitting the tarmac out there. Maybe I could hire a nice V8 beast to cruise in for a couple of weeks

Yes they are worth the effort...!!! Perhaps seek out one of the 3 or 4 ZT V8's over here for that couple weeks cruise! That would be a memorable trip....
