Default Torque Settings

Morning All...

Our 75 went in for its MOT and failed on the rear upper arms.
Surprised at how simple the job can be if everything goes smoothly.
However, when the inner captive nut just spins.. It becomes a bit of a pig - I tried not to drop the frame but it had to be done.
Everything is ready to be torqued up but I cant seem to find a list of rear suspension torque values. Would anyone be able to assist?

TIA

Thank You Dave...

I managed to find a PDF document in the files section of the 75 and ZT facebook help page - This contains all of the torque settings for the whole car. Lets hope no more captive nuts decide to give up whilst torqueing up
