What is this?
Hi,
Does anyone know what this is? It seems to have come loose on my 75 diesel tourer just under the diesel cooler? Thanks Jon

It is an air duct to direct air into the fuel cooler.
When I changed my lower arm I transferred this from the old to the new. I believe it was originally held in place with rivets, I re-attached it with a couple of small nuts & bolts. Last edited by Andy_with_a_screwdriver; 2nd October 2021 at 16:52.. |

Here in the UK I wouldn't worry too much about these deflectors. They might be of benefit in a warmer climate.
