Default Radio silence

Hi have an erisin sat nav radio fitted to my tourer yesterday was working fine today there is no sound from the radio all the other functions seem to be working ie sat nav, SD, phone. I did a factory reset and no change it did go a little mad touch screen not working and if I held my finger on long enough it went to the calibration screen and wouldn't go back.had it out of the dash hoping to find bad connection but all seems fine any help or a direction to go in would be much appreciated. I am useless at wireing and electrikery stuff so try not to be too technical cheers

worth trying completely powering off ,

Either unplug the unit , ( bit of a pain) or disconnect the battery for a short while.

Has any one fitted a single din with flip out sat nav, am considering one but am worried that the screen will foul the beak (for want of a better word)that pokes out above the aperture for the radio?.can't justify the cost of a double din as prices have shot up and my old one has packed up

I believe that will fowl the eyebrow (beak). as the screen tilts back.
Tho' it does say the angle of the screen is adjustable
