Swapping the caps is the easiest option, 👍

Took a trip up the Taff valley to Merthyr Tydfil, and then a quick blast across the newish looking Heads of the Valleys Road to visit the Big Pit mine at Blaenavon.

Whilst doing so I passed 221,000 miles.
Think I'm following in your slipstream Bob...

Collected my ZT with new engine from Retro Sports Cars in Brighouse Yorkshire. Drove the 212 miles down from Brighouse to Newbury with my my son as wingman watching , he drove up and drove down where as I only had the 212 to do(Nice chap he is). I kept the car below 3k revs and sitting at 2-3k at 70 mph. The car feels much as I remember it so smiles all the way down. I brimmed the car from half full with Esso 99 as Chris (Retro Sports Car Owner) had added 1/4 tank to the existing 1/4 tank before setting off from Brighouse. When I parked up the fuel gauge was showing around half a tank, more than I expected so I will brim again and see what the mpg was over the run.

I will most likely put the car into Beech Hill Garage (Reading Area) for the recommended oil and oil filter change sometime over the next few weeks when its done the 350 as suggested by Chris. I will still keep it below the 3k revs until the 1000 mile mark is made. I will upload images of the damage and new engine when Chris sends them on.

So far a vey happy chap.

Painted then changed a failed parking sensor, replaced the steering wheel squib so the radio controls now work, then had to change 3 of the 4 door speakers that weren't working, very odd, all in all a good day.
All of this on the bosses zt I must add.

On my hols in South Wales, went to the aviation museum on my way back to Devon. Saw this shiny BRG ZTT in the car park, I kept out of the way in the background.
As above well worth a visit.
Had a decent run back home M5 not as busy as expected, except for the usual around Potishead.
760 miles in a week, roughly ½ of then towing, fortunately no complaints other than the price of 2 tanks of diesel!

Continued the rust removal/conversion and 1st coat of red oxide paint on the last wheel arch, to try and preserve the old girl. Holes underneath and sills still need welding otherwise hanging on in there!!
