Question Android recommendations

I own a Late facelift 75 CDT tourer that is fitted with the VDO CD 413X I would like to retrofit an Android head unit or anything similar to enable the use of a large touchscreen and hands free capability, I see many have had the Xtrons unit fitted and from what I have read there are mixed feelings about this unit and it's Quality, however If that is all that's available then I will go for it but I would need the fitting done for me by a recommended installer so could anyone point me in the right direction please, I don't mind travelling a reasonable distance from North Kent.

If your finances allow then go for the Dynavin e46 version.

Is this plug and play or do you require a harness?
